Join the Pinole Community Players family! We are a community-focused theater company dedicated to bringing high-quality performing arts to the East Bay. Whether you are a seasoned performer or looking to take the stage for the first time, we welcome actors of all backgrounds and experience levels to audition for our upcoming productions.

Please prepare 32 bars of a song from Musical Theater.
Bring music on a charged, Bluetooth compatible device or bring sheet music in your key; Accompanist provided.
Please be prepared to have a publicity headshot taken at the initial audition.

The longest running off-Broadway revue in history has been revised for the 21st century! This celebration of the mating game takes on the truths and myths behind that contemporary conundrum known as “the relationship.” Through sketches and songs, Act I explores the journey from dating and waiting to love and marriage, while Act II reveals the agonies and triumphs of in-laws and newborns, trips in the family car and pick-up techniques of the geriatric set. This hilarious revue pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those who have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, and to those who have dared to ask, “Say, what are you doing Saturday night?” The 2018 version features two new songs, revised lyrics and dialogue throughout the show to reflect dating in today’s world.
Originally written for two women and two men, the cast can be expanded up to 10 performers, each playing multiple roles. We are looking for a diverse cast of strong singer/actors who can successfully pull off a variety of ages, personality types, and unique characters. Dance ability is a plus, but not required for all roles. Ages 18+ only.

I say, mind the gap, as you come to Grace Brothers department store, during the swinging 70's, where the ladies' and gentlemen's departments are in a continual state of upstaging one another. Join the eccentric staff in a comedic clash of cultures as the store embraces a German themed sales week and then goes on vacation abroad, during a revolutionary uprising!
Based on the side-splitting tv show, Jeremy Lloyd's beloved British storefront comedy returns with all the familiar characters, innuendo, and double entendres that made Are You Being Served? an international success. This stage adaptation lovingly recreates one of the funniest department store comedies in television history. The finest of British humor!

Mr. Humphries: the eccentric senior sales assistant of the gentlemen's department. M 35+
